ANNOUNCEMENT

To: All students of MTs N Punung

To celebrate the National Education Day the students Board Organization will hold some interesting programs. They are English Speech Contest, English Story Telling contest and Wall Magazine Competition. The programs will be held on January,  5^th , 2015,  8 am – 1 p.m.

All classes must take part in the programs and should report their participation to their own teachers.

Once upon a time there were four little rabbits. Their names were Flopsy, Mopsy, Cotton-tail and Peter. One morning they were allowed to play outside. Their mother reminded them not to go to Mr. McGregor’s garden because their father had an accident there.

Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cotton-tail were good little rabbits. They went down the lane to pick blackberries. But Peter was naughty. He ran straight away to Mr. McGregor’s garden. He ate some lettuces, French beans, and radishes. Suddenly, he met Mr. McGregor. Peter was very frightened and rushed away as fast as he could. He lost a pair of shoes and a jacket while he was running. Peter never stopped running or looked behind him till he got home. During the evening, he was sick because he was so tired. He had to drink some medicine while three of his brother had bread, mild and blackberries for supper.

Last holiday the students of MTs Negeri Punung had a camping at Tawang Mangu. They had planned it for a long time. They went there by a bus and Mr. Bambang accompanied them.

Before going to Tawang Mangu, they gathered at school for checking all the things they want to bring. They brought tents, sleeping bags, cooking and eating utensils, and some food. Every student had to take their own clothes, jackets and first aid kit. They also wanted to have a camp fire at night so they took some wooden fire because they didn't want to cut the trees in the forest. They left the school at 8 am and they arrived at the camping ground at 11 am.

Once upon a time there was a beautiful girl called Sarah, who lived with her stepmother. Her stepmother was very bossy, greedy and arrogant. She hated Sarah a lot.

One day when her father was working outside, the stepmother hit Sarah and expelled her from the house. Suddenly, she saw a big melon farm and went in it. After that, she hit in a big melon. She used to go out of the melon and get her food.

One day a prince visited the farm and saw the big melon. “ cut this melon, I want to eat it,” the prince said. The prince guards start to cut the melon, but they heard a voice from it. Sarah said, “don’t cut me, please!” they were all surprised at this situation. The prince said, “who are you? Calm down, please come out.” After that, she came out. Then, he fell in love with her.

She told him her story, so the prince decided to marry her and they lived happily ever after.
